This morning I stepped on the scales and finally got the reading I've been looking forward to ... the number stopped on 89.6kg.
My first weight loss milestone was set (by me) to be 90kg.
This is just an isolated value.My trending weight is still just under 91kg and today's value is likely to be low because of the 45km bike ride I did after work yesterday. It's nice to see my fat mass has dropped from a trend of ~24% to 17% as a result of last night's ride.
Still, I'm really pleased with my progress and I plan to continue my sensible eating and cycling for the foreseeable future.
