The office is open Mon-Fri, 0900-1800.
The office has a dedicated post-room to cope with the large quantity of post for the staff. It's manned during working hours.
So why on earth are Amazon Logistics seemingly unable to deliver anything here?
I've had problems in the past, but to save trawling through numerous orders I'll only mention orders from the last couple of weeks.
Replacement SSD
I'd ordered a 'hot cache' SSD for my NAS. The NAS immediately said the drive had Failed. This is the tracking history of the replacement item:
Despite most of the attempts being during office hours, it took over a week for Amazon Logistics to work out how to deliver the package.
Gift Shopping
I'm planning ahead, and buying some gifts well in advance. When your order is being delivered by Amazon Logistics you need to plan as far in advance as possible:
Time Travelling
Today was a completely new series of updates; they apparently decided they weren't able to deliver today before they decided they were going to deliver today.
We tried but failed!
Four minutes later:
It's not just me
I've spoken to the guys in the post-room here at work. While there's no hard evidence they did say that Amazon Logistics seem to have a really hard time delivering to our dedicated post-room.
I'd be really interested to read the reasons logged by the driver for not being able to deliver here.
Social Interaction
Amazon Logistics don't appear to have a Twitter presence. I suspect I know why. I have mentioned @AmazonUK in a few tweets.
They sorta want to help, I think, but seem reluctant to discuss anything publicly.
Really impressed (fed up) with @AmazonUK/Amazon Logistics' inability to deliver to a dedicated post room in a large office. Multiple times.

ARGH! @AmazonHelp! Why do Logistics find it so hard (again!) to deliver to a manned post-room. How can they possibly have failed at 11:46?

@chizcw Hey sorry to hear that, did you get in touch using the above link? ^KW

Next Step
I think I'll set aside some time to contact Amazon via the link they provided.
I don't think it'll make any difference.
